New Parking Lot
The parking lot is in full swing. It looks great and we have new handicap spaces.
Golf Outing August 16
Don't forget the goft outing. If you haven't signed up, there may beone or two spots left. Call Denny at the lodge.
Moose Lodge Picnic
The picnic is Sunday August 24th. You must bring your own place setting. We will not have any there. Also bring a dish to pass. It is sure to be a good time for all. Tickets are on sale at the lodge for your chance to win the grill, lawnmower, or $100.00 gift card. Hopefully the weather will cooperate for everyone! There will be a re-cap in the next Moose Rack.

Thank You's and New Volunteer Opportunities.
We have some new ideas for the upcoming year. Our thanks to the "new" volunteers we had for the last Build-A-Burger. You ladies did a great job. We need more members like them to help with WOTM and Lodge functions. Feel free to come to our meetings and learn the new format for the meetings. We would like to get to know you ladies better.
Bake Sale
Starting in September, we are going to have a bake sale at our Build-A-Burgers (on the second Saturday of the month.) If anyone can donate any baked goods, please let me know.
Lodge Picnic
The Lodge Picnic is comin up on August 24th at Douglas Walker Park.
March 2009 Casino Trip
The WOTM will be hosting a Casino Bus Trip next March, 2009. Watch for more information on this event to follow in the monthly Moose Racks and on the website. Sign up sheets will be available in September or October. Sounds like a lot of fun!

Can you believe summer is almost over already? It has just flow by! We hope it has been a great one for everybody.
Moose Picnic
Thank you to everyone who participated in the picnic planning meetings and to those of you who volunteered to help. Your help will definitely be needed and appreciated. Some good ideas and planning have gone into this picnic. It promises to be a good time for all. Hope to see you on the 24th!
Fun Basket Raffle!
Don't forget to buy your Fun Basket raffle tickets. They will be available behind the bar or you can see one of us. The drawing will be made at the picnic on August 24. You don't have to be there to win, but you do have to be at least 21 years old. A big thank you goes to everyone donated items to put in the basket. The proceeds will go into the Family Activities account for the kid's particies and gifts.
Kids Halloween Party
We are planning on haveing a Halloween Party for the kids on October 18. More details TBA.
